Smile! It's almost Fall! And we have a ton of information about our annual Fall donation drive to earn you some freebies! Read on to find out how you can donate this season.

After much consideration, we decided to switch it up a bit and help support the Women's Center of Wake County this year. According to their mission, The Women's Center of Wake County,

"...is the only drop-in safety and stabilization day shelter in Wake County, serving 25-40 women per day year round. Homeless women staying in local Emergency Overnight Shelters must vacate each morning and may not return until late afternoon. The Women's Center provides safe day shelter, trauma informed care, and critical, life-saving services, such as medical and behavioral healthcare, food, clothing, hygiene items, and pre-housing services."

I am very excited and anxious to get our donation drive going this year. I fully believe helping this organization will be beneficial for the homeless women and children in our community. Centers like these need extra donations and supplies during the winter months because they always have extra visitors due to the cold. Homeless shelters sometimes have to turn people away during the winter because they are just not able to house and feed enough.

Donations and Freebies:
5 items donated per family listed under "urgent needs" OR "nonperishable food items" will receive 1 digital image.

Any 1 item donated per family listed under "ongoing needs" (except food items) will receive 1 digital image.
