Little Auggie was born by c-section just a few days before Christmas. We were honored to be at the hospital before and after his arrival. He was a little chunker; weighing 9 pounds and 4 ounces. Momma did a wonderful job after surgery and they were all released to go home before the weekend was over. Check out some shots below of Auggie making his arrival into the world: Auggie was about a week old when we were able to photograph him at his newborn session. He was so peaceful and quiet. His family had just left to head back home and the holiday celebrations were wrapping up. Check out this cutie and all his little innocence. OK, I'll admit it, I don't blog. Ever. It just seems to take up too much time when I could be doing a million other things. As I was chatting with a fellow photographer the other day about our businesses, she really got me thinking. Blogging CAN be important in so many ways. First, it keeps your clients up to date and lets them know you are still on this earth even if you to your neck in edits. Second, it can be purifying to write a little about your personal life for those who care to read it. And third, it can be a great way to advertise.
Since we are starting 2016 with lots of changes, I thought, what they hey, might as well start blogging too. So here I am. It may be the new way I post special events, promotions, and sales instead of clogging your emails! Wouldn't that be nice, one less email to have to read!? So, here we go. See you in the New Year! |
