Megan and Dan are expecting their first child, a baby boy, in just a few short weeks. We went with a very casual maternity session, but non-the-less stunning.

Little Auggie was born by c-section just a few days before Christmas. We were honored to be at the hospital before and after his arrival. He was a little chunker; weighing 9 pounds and 4 ounces. Momma did a wonderful job after surgery and they were all released to go home before the weekend was over. Check out some shots below of Auggie making his arrival into the world:

Auggie was about a week old when we were able to photograph him at his newborn session. He was so peaceful and quiet. His family had just left to head back home and the holiday celebrations were wrapping up. Check out this cutie and all his little innocence.

Melissa and her sister-in-law were visiting family in the area for the holidays and contacted me to photograph them as they are due with their first child 3 weeks a part. A little boy and a little girl; the luckiest cousins ever. We had so much fun at Yates Mill, right down from their parent's house. We had so much rain over the past week, so I was worried the dam would be flooded over, but it turned out to be beautiful​.

These four were so much fun to photograph. I wish them both the best in their labor and delivery! I can not wait to hear news of the arrivals come march.
