Mr. Cash has been stealing hearts since he was only a few weeks old in his mommy's womb. I know his family personally, and I have to say, they were over joyed when news of his arrival came. I was absolutely delighted to have Cash and Ryder in the studio. Baby snuggles for days.

It's not very often that a newborn comes into the studio sleeping and not fed and ends up sleeping almost all the way through the entire session. What a trooper Caleb was. He had the most beautiful skin tone, and the smoothest baby skin. It was such a treat to finally be able to meet him.
Little dude is 9 months old, and I can't hardly believe it. I remember when his momma told me she was expecting; seems like yesterday. Literally. After a few rounds of illnesses, we finally were in the studio for his 9 month portraits. Simple. Cute. My kind of day. And I can't forget his amazingly beautiful eyes, chub rolls, and cute baby toes. www.mayaannaphotography.com
I really enjoy these two when I get to see them for their milestone pictures. So cute and cuddly. They usually have big sister join in, but she was at school. They look so big here...Enjoy! www.mayaannaphotography.com
Oh he was a precious little bundle. Born 3 weeks early, but expected much earlier. Momma had been having pre-term labor for weeks, but held him in as long as she could. He slept like a champ for me the entire session. Big Sister, Peyton, was absolutely beautiful and so proud. www.mayaannaphotography.comBaby Emma | Raleigh Newborn Photographer | Raleigh Lifestyle Photographer | Maya Anna Photography1/7/2016 Miss Emma, so beautiful and so pure, was born in the early hours of December 28th. She was absolutely perfect. Everything from her tiny little eye lashes to her tiny little toes. She slept perfectly for me, and even had a few awake moments where I caught her beautiful baby eyes. www.mayaannaphotography.com
I have super big dreams for 2016. I realize that may be a little blunt, seeing as it's not even January 1st yet, but I really do. You will be hearing about them hopefully come Spring as I start to put in place many BIG things. I thought I would begin this post with an image of our first and last session in 2015. Only seems fitting to mention them both for several reasons. First would be the obvious; they were taken in almost the exact same spot. Pretty neat, huh? Second would be that they are both representing new beginnings. Third would be that they both are two beautiful, amazing couples who are KISSING and loving on each other. It really couldn't get any more ironic. The last thing I want to mention is me. My how I have changed since taking the first shot. Not only in my personal life, but my professional one as well. As my dad would say, "wowzer!" I had the pleasure of photographing over 200 families this year. Almost double the amount of 2014. And every single family had their own unique style and personality. My job is amazing. I can not express that enough. I even had the pleasure of photographing a family all the way from Venezuela. You can find them below... Newborns, Newborns, galore. So many babies born this year! Here are just a few that we were lucky enough to hold and cuddle: There were several couples who were married in 2015 and we were honored to be a part of their special day. And we had one of the busiest summers ever since we opened in 2011. We want to send a BIG THANK YOU to every one of our amazing clients, friends, and supporters who made this business what it is today. We can not wait to show you all the things we have up our sleeves for 2016.
