STEP 1 Just a phone call or email will get us acquainted. We will discuss your plans, your options, and your expectations. Relax, take a deep breath. We will go through this process together. You may know exactly what you want, and that is great! But sometimes, you may have absolutely no idea. That is fine too! I can use my "artistic vision" to create the perfect session for you. This is our chance to discuss what to wear, how to prepare your children, and what to expect from beginning to end. |

STEP 2 Making it official is the next step. We will either meet during a formal consultation or you will be emailed a contract to sign and return to me. Signing your contract electronically is easy to do! And saves postage and the hassle of running to the post office. You will then be billed via PayPal on the terms we have discussed. Usually, this is a 50% deposit. If a discount is given, the session total is due upfront. Expect to receive an invoice in your email from PayPal within 2-3 hours from our last communications. All invoices are due within 24 hours or your session may be cancelled. |

STEP 3 Enjoy your session! Enjoy this time with your family. Laugh. Play. Smile. Relax. Create art with me. Don't worry about where to put your hands, or where to position yourself so you look the skinniest. I will guide you through this process. |

A few sneak peaks will be posted on our Facebook page. Within 2-3 days, your gallery will be completed. You will receive an email asking you to open and view your online gallery. You can also check the progress of your gallery by going to our CLIENT GALLERY tab. If you see your child's name or family name there, you can click through to view. From there, you can view each image individually, tag ones as your favorites, and even share with friends and family via Facebook or email. Prints, canvases, packages, and products can be ordered directly from this gallery. You will click on the individual photo and then "add to cart." From there, you can choose single prints, packages, products, and even digital files. Downloading Images: You can download individual images to your computer if digital files came with your session. By clicking an individual image, you can download the low resolution file for free or you can purchase the high resolution file. You can also purchase the entire gallery in low or high resolution. Click add all images to cart then select digital media and add all low resolution or all high resolution. An email will be sent with a zip file for you to download the image/s. If you need more assistance with downloading images, please give me a call or email! Use Promo code EARLYBIRD to get 20% off your order if purchased within 48 hours of your gallery going live. *If you are ordering packages, you will need to email me the images you want or use the note feature when checking out to type in image names and sizes. The gallery will not process package purchases, only bill for them. |
